Five Tips You Should Know Before You Run

1. Keep well hydrated.

2. Warming up before exercise is extremely important. It prepares the heart and muscles for running, decreasing the risk of damage during the run.

3. Pre-exercise Stretch – the aim of stretching before exercise is to increase the range of the muscles and improve its performance during the run.

4. Give more stretches to the leg muscles especially the front and back of the thigh and lower leg muscles.

5. It is very important to remember that NO stretching should be done before the muscles are warmed up, to reduce the risk of tearing them.
