Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute nursing care for patients with team members according to the specific needs of individual patients.
- Makes professional judgments and decisions about nursing care.
- Carries out Specialist Oncologist’s and Palliative Consultant orders in accordance with established standards of nursing practices, policies & procedures.
- Protect patients and team members by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols, medication administration & storage procedures & controlled substance regulations.
- Observe, monitor, assess, report & document patient’s conditions & response to medication & treatment. Observe the progress of the patient (IV infusion, wounds & vital signs) to detect deviations.
Requirements:
- Applicants with at least 2 years of experience.
- At least a Diploma in Nursing.
- Must be an SRN with a valid APC by the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Those with an Advanced Diploma / Post Basic in Oncology will have an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and review complex radiation dose calculations (e.g., IMRT, SBRT, 3DCRT).
- Supervise and validate treatment planning, simulation processes, and QA results.
- Conduct and lead quality assurance (QA) for LINACs and brachytherapy systems.
- Support treatment planning system (TPS) management and beam data maintenance.
- Lead the Medical Physics unit, coordinating day-to-day operations and workflow.
- Liaise with vendors, engineers, oncologists, and hospital management for equipment servicing, procurement, and planning.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and licensing (e.g., BKRP).
- Lead the development and implementation of radiation safety procedures in compliance with national regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and future expansion of radiotherapy services.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Medical Physics from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a hospital radiotherapy setting with leadership or supervisory exposure.
- In-depth knowledge of treatment planning systems and QA tools.
- Familiar with Malaysian regulatory bodies (e.g., BKRP) and international QA standards (AAPM, IAEA).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide patient advocacy services to achieve and maintain expected standards of patient care and service.
- Patient relations in terms of addressing patient queries, arrangement/booking/reminders of appointments for outpatient visits/ tele-consultation (Consultants & Dietician) & Covid19 testing and related projects connected to patient service and patient relations (assistance in patient’s stay; ie Homestay/ Hotel, booking/ cancellation/ changes in/of air-tickets, extension of visa application, transportation, arrangement & liaise with foreign patient for courier of medication etc).
- Manage patient feedback, from patient to investigation with related departments, and to analyse monthly Survey Forms (compilation of Survey Forms and Analysis).
Requirements:
- People-oriented, those with a nursing/medical/hospitality background are encouraged (but not essential) in helping to facilitate the booking of appointments, handling of patient enquiries, and general information on the products & services of the hospital.
- Inter-departmental process flow of hospital services.
- Teamwork, able to work independently, and have initiative/willingness to learn, flexible.
- Good PR skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) and knowledge of MS ISO 9001 standards.
- Multi-lingual, able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Able to converse in local dialects such as Hokkien, Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Tamil is an added advantage. The ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus point.

- Update patient records accurately & in a timely manner.
- Retrieve & file patients as required by authorised clinical & administration staff.
- Ensure physical & electronic files are kept properly for easy retrieval & tracking.

- Ensure confidentiality in handling patient information.
- Assist in departmental tasks as & when assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- SPM or higher.
- At least 1 year of clerical/administrative work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Know how to work with MS Office, data entry & email.
- Able to work in non-air-conditioned and dusty storage areas when required to.
- A systematic and organized person.
Job Description:
- Responsible for all basic cleaning, sanitization, and janitorial of the hospital area.
- Assist in the cleaning of emergency spills upon request.
- In charge of restocking, distribution, and replacement of linen to departments.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizens only.
- 50 years and below.
- Able to read and write basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous experience as a cleaner is a plus.
- Must be medically fit to work.
