The Fund is set up to provide financial assistance for cancer patients and their families who have difficulties in meeting the costs of healthcare treatments. Patients who need financial aid can contact our Medical Social Welfare team for the application.
Every year, we disburse an average of RM1.8 million to aid about 350 – 450 cancer patients with financial difficulties. It is our core mission to provide the best available cancer treatment and care to all cancer patients regardless of their financial status.

You may walk in to our hospital cashier counter to make the donation. We will issue a temporary receipt to you.
Our cashier operating hours:
Monday – Friday, 7.30 am to 7.00 pm
Saturday, 8.00 am to 3.00 pm
Sunday, 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
Your tax-exempt receipt information
Once you have completed the donation, please contact us to provide your information for the purpose of issuing the tax-exempt receipt.
Required information:
- Full name as per IC.
- IC number.
- Mailing address.
- Copy of the transfer slip (For bank transfer).
Other information:
1. Please be informed that tax-exempt receipts can only be issued to donors who provide the complete required information.
2. Kindly give us around 3 to 4 weeks to issue the tax-exempt receipt. You will receive a scanned copy of the receipt in your email/ message before the original receipt is mailed to your address.
3. If you donate through ‘Online Donation’, your information will be automatically recorded in the online donation form. Therefore, there is no need for you to provide us with the information again.
